We are looking for a Performance Data Engineer for the Engineering Assurance and Reliability team within Project Delivery & Engineering, WTG in our Business Area Wind.

As part of BA Wind you will play a key role in one of the most exciting pipelines in the industry with a 24GW of capacity stretching out more than a decade ahead across our key European markets. 

The Engineering department is the technical know-how center within Business Area Wind, setting the standards and guidelines as well as being embedded within our projects, both through the development and implementation phase as well as in operations.

Working within the Engineering Assurance and Reliability Department in WTG and Project delivery & Engineering, the Performance Data Engineer will work with a variety of stakeholders to secure standardization reporting and performance IT platform across Project Delivery & Engineering linked to business and operation.  

Key Responsibilities:

As part of Project delivery and Engineering and fully deployed to support our cross functional way of working in Engineering Assurance and Reliability team.

  • Being part of continues development and securing quality engineering work
  • Ensure cross department reporting work within project delivery and engineering.
  • Working with interface data IT platform across Project delivery and engineering to secure fully integrated performance data across departments.  
  • Work with process management and continues improvement across management system to secure full context
  • Work with standardization of power BI across project delivery and Engineering with interface to generation and operation.  
  • Work with change management

Specific responsibilities in Engineering Assurance and Reliability :

  • Deliver CMS & data Analytic on spinning Asset inc. Interfaces to maintenance strategy, operational budget planning and operation support.
  • Is the focal point within Project deliver on continue improvement project with an interface to product lifecycle and focus on RBA "Revenue based availability"
  • Deliver second line gate keeping in tech. ticket between customer request and engineering deliverable, high focus on stakeholder management and risk for operation
  • Deliver project management inc. lifetime extension on operation and new project. Fully aligned with O&M project, Asset Management and regional support in generation
  • Is the "Go to team" related to optimization and improvement of RBA & OPEX internal in engineering with an interface directly to generation

 

 

 


Qualifications

The role requires the following profile:

  • You have a Background and/ or Preferably an engineering university degree (M.Sc. Marine engineer, or PhD)
  • Experience establish and maintain standard reporting from management to line management, ensuring full integration across engineering departments.
  • Experience in working with IT platform and performance data development
  • Experience in working with Power BI and other IT tools related to performance visibility
  • Experience in Project and Engineering work with a focus on performance
  • You command English in both verbal and written form.
  • You possess a positive mind-set, see opportunities with a “glass half full” approach to your work.
  • You are a highly motivated and communicative with enthusiasm and see team work as the right way to achieve
  • You have proven skills to work with complex data set across different IT platform to secure aligned performance data
