For our Business Area Wind we are looking for a 

Working Student -Integrated management system development IMS Dev.  

for our office in  Hamburg or  Berlin . 

BA Wind’s IMS team is creating a new  Integrated Management System that is the go-to-place for trusted information, knowledge & guidance, enabling our people to complete their tasks right first time, every time. This is a transformational project changing the document approach to process approach as well as utilising business process management systems and technologies such as ARIS. While are are creating processes we are also developing our tools and to support organisations to adopt the change we are introducing an extensive training programme.  

Role Overview 

As a Student Intern in our IMS Development team, you will step into an exciting world where innovation meets professionalism. Your primary responsibility will be to support day-to-day activities in line wit project progress, cordinating activities in different workstreams, use your passion for strcuture to organise and stracutre our sharepoint and content folders, learn how to create a good business process model and help us building new process in new process house.  

In the meantime you can explore the opprotunities for improvement and utilise use of AI or creation AI agents as in BA wind we rely heavility on co-pilot and we provide you with all you need to learn how to work and use AI as its best. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Project management support: Cordinating progress of different activities within the team, use our analytical dashbaords such as ticketing system or Dev Ops and actively monitor to ensure we are not buidling a massive backlog, support with creation of reports and contents when required, support updaitng our sharepoint with latest news, support creating action plan for feedback and surveys. 

  • Process Enhancement: Be a catalyst for change by suggesting and implementing improvements to existing processes and procedures within the IMS framework. Your ideas will be heard and valued. 

  • Next-level and smart engineering: Experience the chance to be creative and play a key role in experimenting with Automation and AI opportunities to make our Integrated Management System (IMS) and our team’s work faster, easier, and more efficient. 

  • Quality Assurance (QA): Play a crucial role in the release and QA of new or updated processes and procedures.  

  • Innovation Champion: Encourage a culture of innovation by actively seeking opportunities to enhance the IMS. Your creative thinking will be an asset in driving positive change.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Business process management and integlince , Information Technology, Management, Data Science, Quality) 

  • Strong passion for process improvement and system optimisation 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

  • Proactive problem-solving mindset 

  • Ability to organise, analyse and visualise data sets and trends 

  • Detail-oriented and organised 

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
