About the Role 
As our Scrum Master, you will facilitate and strengthen agile practices across the teams to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality products and analytics solutions. You build a collaborative environment, protect the team from distractions, remove impediments, and help the team stay aligned with the Product Owner and business goals. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Solution Designers and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment. 

You are a coach, a mentor and an enabler, ensuring not only delivery, but healthy team dynamics, strong engineering culture and continuous improvement. 

Your responsibilities 
You will provide strong agile leadership while enabling high-quality, secure, and efficient delivery. By coaching the team, removing obstacles, and promoting transparency and engineering excellence, you help create the conditions for continuous improvement and sustainable value creation. 

Agile Leadership  

  • Implement and uphold Scrum values and agile practices within the DevSecFinOps team. 
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives. 
  • Foster an environment where the team self organizes, stays motivated and continuously grows. 
  • Conduct regular Team Health Checks and drive engagement and collaboration. 

Supporting delivery & engineering excellence 

  • Remove impediments, reduce friction and continuously improve the developer experience. 
  • Help ensure solutions are robust, secure, and built according to modern engineering practices. 
  • Promote transparency through metrics, dashboards and clear reporting (e.g., velocity, burndown, cycle time). 
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization, ensuring stories meet “Definition of Ready” and “Definition of Done”

 


Qualifications

About you 
You are passionate about empowering teams, improving ways of working and enabling people to do their best work. You understand that great products come from great collaboration. 

You bring: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 
  • A proven ability to grow self-organizing, cross functional teams. 
  • Strong understanding of modern software development and agile engineering practices. 
  • Ability to translate product and business goals into technical delivery. 
  • Experience from data engineering, data science software development is a bonus. 
  • A university degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. 
  • Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written.
