As Team Manager SAP Authorizations you are responsible for leading the SAP Authorizations team with all managerial responsibilities like work load planning, budgeting and people management.

In this role you are also responsible to ensure that access to SAP systems is designed, maintained and operated in a secure, compliant and business‑aligned manner.

As Team Manager SAP Authorizations, you'll report to the manager of the ERP Transformation center.

Your tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Management responsibility for the SAP Authorizations team and acts as competence manager for the authorization domain
  • Staffing, budgeting, competence development and delivery planning
  • Acts as escalation point for complex authorization topics
  • Ensures that authorization processes are defined, documented and compliant with the Vattenfall Authorization Concepts and ISMS1042/ISO 27001 requirements
  • Ensures effective handling of e.g. emergency access, periodic access reviews and user measurement processes with full traceability
  • Mandate to define authorization guardrails, stop or escalate risky access changes, and represent the authorization domain in governance and audit forums

Qualifications

Who are you?

As Manager of the SAP Authorization team you bring strong communication skills, an open mindset and solid problem solving skills.  

Next to this you bring: 

  • Several years of experience as a team-, project-, or system manager 
  • Very good cooperation and communication skills 
  • A background in SAP and a good understanding of SAP Authorizations. 
  • Experience from audit/compliance processes 
  • Strong ability to structure and drive topics 
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal 
  • Knowledge in local language is a merit but not mandatory 
  • The ability to work independently and collaborate across the organization 
  • Relevant academic degree(s) 
  • Willingness for travelling (as it will be neccessary for the role)
