Regular payments from our customers and a high international order volume require robust processes and a high degree of flexibility in the internal management of bank accounts for more than 25 company codes as well as the ability to process various payment and bank statement formats.

The internal support of our SAP systems is of crucial importance for Vattenfall IT. To ensure smooth payment processes, we are looking for a Senior SAP S/4 HANA IHB/APM Functional Consultant to join our team of SAP experts. 

Your taks and responsibilities 

As part of our international team of SAP experts you will join the ongoing S/4 HANA implementation and work together with business departments long term to secure robust and efficient payment processes using SAP standard tools.  Amongst other activities, you will  

• Elicit and discover requirements 
• Specify and document requirements, securing traceability to the source 
• Analyze requirements for adherence to business objectives and consistency and challenge them as appropriate 
• Write functional specifications based on given requirements 
• Implement and coordinate changes together with other departments 
• Troubleshooting and regular maintenance   
• Support Business in payment & bank statement process related questions  
• Train and support key users  
• Join the ongoing S/4 HANA implementation

Who are you?  
 
As our Senior SAP S/4 HANA IHB/APM Functional Consultant you will bring at least five years of experience in implementation and maintenance of SAP payment processes and tools plus surrounding modules like FI.   
 
Next to this you bring:  

• Basic knowledge in financial accounting 
• Knowledge in SAP IHB/APM and SAP IHC 
• Good knowledge about country specific payment formats 
• Knowledge in bank communication with EBICS 
• Basic technical knowledge about interface technology 
• Willingness to coordinate or steer smaller changes or projects besides pure consultancy or implementation 
• Ability to work locally and remote to support our business accordingly 
• The ability to either work hands-on or conceptual depending on the situation 
• A proactive and result driven attitude 
• fluent English in writing and speaking
