Do you want to work across different teams and IT functions? Do you have a strong SAP background and want to be the coordinator across SAP competence domains? Do you like to work in a fully international IT organization? Are you an organizational and communication talent?  

This role is a strategical key position where you will be responsible for managing cross application topics involving all teams within our SAP department, as well as being a member of our management team.  

Main tasks & responsibilities  

As SAP Cross Functional Manager/Coordinator you are responsible for cross functional platform activities such as: 

  • Receiver of cross functional project assignments and responsible for setting up an appropriate project and maintenance organization for IT projects  
  • Responsible for the governance and the implementation of certain cross functional systems  
  • Responsible for coordinating the handover to maintenance of cross functional platform projects  
  • Proactive contribution to the support and maintenance of cross functional applications  
  • Analyse and solve problems in IT processes, methods, as well as strengthening the cooperation across the teams  
  • Follow developments in the IT market for best practices, identify potential improvements in cross functional platforms and translate the market information into concrete improvement initiatives  
  • Coordinate cross functional and cross team alignment for improvement initiatives within a project and for its maintenance  
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and coordinator for defined cross application areas and solutions 
  • Reoccurring alignment with the defined governance organization  

Qualifications

  • You have experience as a project manager or coordinator in international cross functional projects and teams  
  • Ideally you have a functional or technical background of SAP solutions 
  • Knowledge about IT infrastructure and ITIL processes is beneficial  
  • You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience 
  • It's beneficial to have knowledge in SAP systems and their technical foundation  
  • You have a strong interest in establishing common solutions that support all parts of corporate IT  
  • You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written

You have a talent for motivating team members and driving the team towards common goals. Excellent communication and persuasion skills are essential, as well as the ability to navigate complex stakeholder situations. We need someone who is proactive, result-driven, and focused on coordination and cooperation. A structured and performance-oriented approach is key to success in this role.
