Are you passionate about data, digitalization, and business improvement? We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Student Worker to join our Supply Management & Optimization team, part of the Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems department.

In this role, you will support business intelligence and Microsoft Power Platform initiatives that optimize supply chain processes and enable better business decisions. You will work with experienced colleagues in an international environment and gain practical experience with modern Microsoft technologies while contributing to Vattenfall's purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Support the automation of business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Assist with Power Apps development and other Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Integrate and maintain data sources to strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Analyze business data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of BI tools and digital solutions.
  • Document processes, workflows, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

 


Qualifications

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and analytical student who enjoys solving problems and working with data and technology.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Ideally, you have at least two years remaining in your studies.
  • Basic understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with new people.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Additional Information

  • Location: Kolding, Denmark.
  • Working hours: Flexible across 3-5 days per week, up to 15 hours per week.
  • Duration: A minimum commitment of 20 months is preferred.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • You will work in an international team with colleagues located across Vattenfall core countries.
