At Vattenfall, our Business Unit E-Mobility is rapidly scaling public charging solutions across Europe. As the market evolves from expansion to mass adoption, strong end-to-end processes, a consistent customer experience, and financial reliability are becoming critical success factors.

In this role, you take full ownership of the European billing and dunning process. You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, connecting stakeholders across operations, finance, and customer service. You translate local needs into clear priorities, act as the single point of accountability, and drive standardisation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement across markets. At the same time, you lead international decision-making and ensure consistent rollout of process changes across Europe.

What will you do?

  • Own and steer the end-to-end European billing and dunning process
  • Monitor and improve performance using KPIs such as first-time-right, lead time, and quality
  • Drive and implement improvements to achieve operational excellence
  • Define, standardise, and safeguard processes and governance
  • Translate strategy into scalable initiatives and concrete improvements
  • Lead international decision-making on process changes
  • Roll out process improvements consistently across European markets
  • Drive digitalisation, automation, and the development of self-service solutions

 


Qualifications

Who are you?

You are a strong and independent process professional who is comfortable operating in an international environment. You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic mindset and are able to drive change across multiple stakeholders and countries.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in process management within an international context
  • Solid knowledge of billing and financial processes
  • Strong skills in change management
  • Experience with KPI-driven performance management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work effectively across cultures, with flexibility to travel occasionally
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP BRIM is a plus
  • Fluency in English
