We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our Market Insights team. You’ll be part of of Group Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) providing long term fundamental economic analysis and strategic insights for Vattenfall. Our key product—the Long-Term Market Outlook (LTMO)—guides investment planning, asset valuation, and regulatory analysis across Vattenfall.
What You’ll Learn and Do.
You will work at the intersection of data engineering, energy market modelling, and digital transformation. As Data Engineer you will play an essential role in supporting energy market analysis by designing, building, and maintaining a robust data infrastructure. Your work enables the team to simulate, understand and project energy market dynamics, pricing, and policy impacts. You will be a key contributor to the development and delivery of Vattenfall’s LTMO a strategic scenario product used across the company for investment planning, asset valuation, and regulatory analysis.
