We are looking for a 

Working Student or Intern Data & Digitalization – Portfolio Strategy & Business Excellence – Business Unit Solar & Batteries 

located in Berlin or Hamburg

to join our Portfolio Strategy & Business Excellence Team with the focus on Data & Digitalization.

In your new role you will:

• Support the Product Owners of digital tools with user engagement, feature  development and documentation
• Provide guidance to business users in the use of digital tools or products using fit-for-purpose channels and methods
• Generate actionable insights from various data sources in PowerBI & Excel (Macro/VBA)
• Consolidate, refine and communicate insights via easily understandable content
• Support the management of a large portfolio of international projects
• Contribute to the standardization & optimization of project management working methods

Your will be successful if you

• Are an enrolled 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor or Master student in a commercial or technical subject such as management, business administration, (industrial) engineering, digitalisation, data science – we are open to motivated individuals with relevant skills from diverse academic backgrounds
• Are enthusiastic about renewable energies
• Are available to work at your preferred location for 2-3 days a week
• Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken, Dutch or German skills are a plus
• Thrive in an international hybrid work environment
• Are successful working both independently & collaboratively
• Have entrepreneurial drive with a highly structured and solution oriented working style
• Bring initial experience in data analysis and tools such as PowerBI & Excel
• Bring initial experience in information management and relevant tools such as Microsoft Sharepoint
• Preference will be given to candidates, who:
  • Have previous experience and working knowledge of data analysis & visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel (VBA, Macro, Pivot) or comparable tools
  • Combine strong technical affinity and understanding of data structures, pipelines  & data analysis with the ability to structure complex information from various sources, derive insights and communicate results verbally and visually
  • Have proven previous experience in digital product management and/or software development in f.e. feature development, tool administration, user engagement & training

More Information 

Working hours:
Working student: Variable 2-4 days/week, maximum 20 hours/week (40 hours/week during semester breaks)
Mandatory internship: 40 hours/week

Employment duration:
Working student: At least 12 months
Mandatory internship: 6 months
