By sharing knowledge, supporting change initiatives and identifying new opportunities, you will contribute to strengthening our digital marketing capabilities across Sweden and Finland.

Your responsibilities:

  • Follow trends, regulatory developments and new opportunities within digital marketing, customer data and marketing technology

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of consent management processes and solid understanding of marketing law and related legislation.
  • Experience working with MarTech solutions like MS Dynamics Customer Insights Data & Journeys, CRM systems, Optimizely, or similar
  • Ability to translate business and legal demands into processes and IT requirements
  • Relevant academic degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Fluency in Finnish is an advantage
  • Experience with Agile ways of working is an advantage
  • Experience working with AI and related regulative compliance is an advantage

You are comfortable navigating change and ambiguity and enjoy building new ways of working. You are proactive, structured and motivated by improving how business, technology and data work together.
