For the E-Mobility team we are looking for a

Working Student Central Backoffice - E-Mobility (w/m/d)

for the Central Back-Office team who supports and executes the BU's central, like daily payments, Roaming Operations and process documentation.  

About Vattenfall E-Mobility

Vattenfall is one of the largest producers of electricity in Europe and has its headquarters in Stockholm. E-Mobility is part of Vattenfall's long-term strategy. The E-Mobility team works together with colleagues from Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands to provide individual solutions for charging electric vehicles. Our task is to develop and market offers for everything to do with charging infrastructure for private and business customers. 

Function & Responsibilities

  • Support and execute daily payment operations in SAP, including payment runs, monitoring of payment flows and direct debit processes, and handling of payment interfaces 

  • Assist with invoice verification and clarification, as well as dunning activities and follow-up on outstanding receivables and payment discrepancies 

  • Contribute to process documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures to ensure transparency and audit readiness 

  • Support payment-related activities within supply chain processes, including tracking and documentation of shipping and delivery flows 

  • Assist in preparing monthly KPI reports, conducting data analysis, and identifying inconsistencies to improve data quality 

  • Contribute to process and performance improvements, particularly in supply chain and inventory optimization, through analysis and structured documentation 

  • Support roaming operations, including CDR validation, invoice checks with partners, and dunning-related follow-ups 


Qualifications

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled student (Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar)

  • Basic understanding of business processes (finance, customer service, or operations) 

  • Analytical thinking & attention to detail 

  • Structured & reliable working style 

  • Team-oriented and communicative 

  • Empathy / service mindset (supporting internal stakeholders) 

  • English: mandatory (good working level), German/Dutch/Swedish: nice-to-have (not required) 

  • Openness to: SAP (payments, invoices), Data tools / reporting, Process documentation
