About the Thesis Work

Are you a master's student in finance, business administration, or organizational studies and interested in how AI will transform supporting processes within finance and projects? Vattenfall BA Generation is looking for you to write your master's thesis in the fall of 2025!

Purpose

The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate how we will use AI in supporting processes within finance and projects in 2 to 5 years and compare it with current work methods. You will analyze and predict changes in processes, tools, and workflows that AI may bring. An important part of the study is to understand change management and how people are affected by these processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for students who want to work towards fossil freedom and are about to graduate from their academic studies. You are also someone who identifies with our principles: Active, Open, Positive, and Safety. Furthermore, you fullfill the following qualifications:

  • Master's Students: You are studying finance, business administration, or organizational studies and are interested in AI and supporting processes within finance and projects.
  • Analytical and Curious: You have strong analytical skills and are curious about future technologies.
  • Independent and Driven: You can work independently and are motivated to explore new areas.
  • Interest in Change Management: You have an interest and understanding of change management and how people are affected by these processes.
