Are you ready to play a key role in shaping a fossil free future? At Vattenfall, we are taking steps every day to become less dependent on fossil fuels, and our success depends on dedicated individuals working together across all functions. As a team assistant within Onshore Wind, you will be part of an ambitious community where your attention to detail and proactive mindset help drive progress.

If you thrive in an environment that values collaboration, continuous learning and purposeful work, this opportunity could be the perfect next step for you. Join us as we move forward towards fossil freedom, one task at a time.

As a Team Assistant in our Onshore Wind Operations UK team, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our wind farm operations and contributing to Vattenfall’s ambition for a fossil free future. You will work closely with colleagues across the business area, providing essential administrative and finance support that keeps daily processes on track and helps us deliver reliable renewable energy.

You are someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and brings a sharp eye for detail to every task. You have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Administrator (with a focus on financial tooling) which has equipped you with the practical know-how to support busy teams and handle operational challenges confidently. Your solid working knowledge of WORD, Excel and PowerPoint means you can manage documents and presentations efficiently, while your familiarity with SAP enables you to navigate finance-related processes with ease.

Success in this role means your colleagues can rely on you for timely support, clear communication, and well-organised systems. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills help identify opportunities to improve how we work together. By sharing knowledge openly and working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners, you make an active contribution towards safe, efficient wind farm operations, every day.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Providing proactive assistance to the Onshore Operations team, ensuring day-to-day activities run efficiently
- Supporting finance processes using our Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP MM), helping manage orders, invoices, and financial records accurately
- Managing documentation so that important information is organised and easily accessible for your colleagues
