In Vattenfall's Customer Service Nordic Finland unit, we are comprehensively responsible for Vattenfall's customer service processes for the entire customer lifecycle. 

We are now looking for a System & process specialist for our team for a fixed-term employment relationship until 30 June 2026. 

One of our most important tasks is that Vattenfall's customer service processes work and develop with the changing operating environment, meeting the needs of our customers.  

This position: 

You will work in a team of energy sector experts maintaining and developing our customer service processes. Your main responsibilities include the message handling process, internal and external partner management and ensuring operational excellence. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Process management and development 
  • Co-operation with partners to ensure operational excellence 
  • Handling of privacy and GDPR related incidents 
  • Coordination of datahub message related error handling 

Qualifications

To succeed in this position: 

  • You are proactive and customer-oriented. 
  • You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • You have a systematic working style and are solution-oriented. 
  • You finish the tasks you started, whether you work in a group or alone and stick to deadlines. 
  • You have good communication skills.  
  • You will work towards quality, cost optimization and efficiency. 
  • You have strong IT skills (MS Office) 
  • Speak fluent Finnish and English 
  • Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
