We are looking for a Student Worker to come and work in Vattenfall’s Offshore Project Delivery & Engineering department.  You will support our business improvement office, which is driving continuous improvements under  a strategic program (STRENGTH).

The role will be based in Vattenfall’s Kolding office. This position will be a great opportunity for someone who is interested in offshore wind and the renewable energy sector to to gain hands-on experience in project support and communication.

As this role will be open to students only it is expected that a successful candidate would be able to work 10 – 15 hours per week.

Your responsibilities as Student Worker in Project Delivery & Engineering will include:

  • SharePoint updates – maintaining and organizing project content
  • Managing permissions and permission groups using Microsoft Azure
  • Reporting – assisting with data collection and formatting for internal updates
  • Communication materials – helping draft and design presentations, newsletters, and other internal communication material
  • Continuously develop smarter ways of working, for example through templates

 


Qualifications

Your skillset should include:

  • You must be at the start or during your Bachelor studies in either Business Administration or Finance.
  • Be interested in offshore wind and renewable energy
  • Have good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Have the openness and ability to be a smart-learner and willing to look for “train-your-self” platforms in order to get the knowledge. Willingness to learn and improve.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented personality
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong communication skills in English both spoken and written
  • A collaborative mindset and be a a team player in an international team
