Want to be in your element working for fossil freedom by keeping turbines turning? As a Warehouse Coordinator in BA Wind’s Integrated Operations, you’ll make sure the right parts, tools, and main components are in the right place at the right time. You will be safely managing inbound/outbound flows, dangerous goods, and SAP updates, so our technicians can keep generating clean power. Join us and turn smart logistics into reliable megawatts.

You’ll join Integrated Operations – Warehouse Management (Generation) supporting our wind sites. The team’s purpose is simple and critical: make sure technicians have the right parts, tools and main components at the right time. Work is highly SAP-centric, data-driven and safety-focused, with close day-to-day collaboration with site technicians (incl. toolbox talks), Supply Management, Warehouse Management and Customs. Many colleagues work remotely, so clear communication, customer service and stakeholder management are essential.

Be in your element with BA Wind

As part of BA Wind you will play a key role in one of the most exciting pipelines in the industry with 24GW of capacity stretching out more than a decade ahead across our key European markets.

You won’t only be involved in developing projects but pioneering cutting-edge innovation, new business models and ways of working with communities and the environment. Working as part of a leading European utility also means you could be helping a growing number of major businesses and brands achieve their own sustainability goals through partnerships.

Qualifications

Your role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you ensure our O&M organisation can operate safely and efficiently by receiving, storing, picking/packing and shipping materials on time—while keeping master data and stock reliability in top shape. You’ll run inbound checks (including dangerous goods), drive order fulfilment, perform inventory counts and tool/PPE certification handling, and keep SAP and related systems (e.g., iChemistry, Readunit) fully up to date. The role requires independent, hands-on work in a dynamic environment, close cooperation with technicians, and a strong service mindset to resolve shortages (including finding alternatives) quickly and professionally.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance: Champion warehouse safety (walks, emergency readiness, labelled hazard zones); control electrical hazards; use/inspect safety equipment; report incidents; stop work when unsafe; follow DG, waste and environmental procedures.

  • Inbound & Returns: Unload, inspect and quality-check deliveries; verify documents and dangerous-goods packing/labelling; store per specification; raise and follow up GR disputes; manage returns/quarantine and system updates.

  • Order Fulfilment: Check orders, prepare pick lists, pick/pack, label, prepare customs data/documents, coordinate transport and loading; maintain system status.

  • Inventory & Tools/PPE: Run cycle counts and rectify deviations in SAP; request material creation/extension; manage non-SAP stock where relevant; ensure tool kits readiness; handle calibration/recertification of tools and PPE, maintain certificates and due dates.

  • Refurbishment & Logistics Admin: Align with supply management; pack for transport; coordinate collections; create/maintain service PRs, service entry sheets and related invoicing.

  • Data & Continuous Improvement: Keep SAP, iChemistry, Readunit current; review and optimise stock parameters with sites/central teams; proactively automate recurring steps; identify and mitigate supply risks; support turbine-down order handling and cross-site material sharing.

  • Supplier & Stakeholder Interface: Cooperate with Commercial/Supply management, provide supplier performance feedback and align on terms/escalations.

Your profile / who are you?

You’re structured, independent and service-minded, comfortable taking ownership from dock to dispatch. You communicate clearly with technicians and site management and remote stakeholders, make sound decisions under time pressure, and keep safety front-and-centre. You enjoy working in SAP and Excel, use data to prioritise and problem-solve, and you’re proactive about continuous improvement in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.

  • Strong English skills (spoken and written).

  • Strong IT user; solid experience with SAP PM/MM (S/4HANA experience is a plus).

  • Forklift certificate and valid driver’s licence.

  • Experience with wind turbines / offshore O&M is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of supply chain and supplier management; confident in Excel.

  • Able to work independently in a structured way, with effective communication and stakeholder skills.

  • Comfortable making quick, service-minded decisions and adapting to change.

  • Familiarity with dangerous goods handling is an advantage.

We look forward to receiving your application!
