For our Business Area Wind, we are now looking for a 

Working student - Planning, Analysis and Resource Management in Project Delivery Offshore (f/m/d) for our office in Hamburg. 

About the Role 

Join our Planning, Analysis & Resource Management team and contribute to shaping the future of project management and AI integration in our organization. As a working student, you will support internal projects, optimize tools, and help drive innovation through AI. 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Support Head of Planning, Analysis and Resource Management and the team on internal projects 
  • Conduct adverse weather calculation to support decision making processes for construction projects and contribute to software optimization 
  • Help Maintaining and develop further our Project Management Budget Tool, containing our assumptions on project management costs for offshore wind farms 
  • Support our efforts to further mature our Resource Management approach, including supporting the development of the respective tools (Standard Role Catalogue, Role Descriptions) 

Support AI Principle of Project Delivery Engineering in transforming the organization into a more AI driven entity Help activate our AI Champion Community and support its communication efforts 

  • Support in Identifying AI use cases, deploy agents supporting our daily work and manage the full implementation process – from idea to deployment  
  • Contribute to shaping our AI roadmap, maintain our AI Use Case Register and explore opportunities for advanced AI technologies 

Qualifications

Who are you? 

Field of study: 

  • Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (focus on Project Management/Data Analytics), Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent – we are open to many studies, your personality and competences count more 

Skills & Competencies:  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving sills 
  • Interest in AI technologies and digital skills 
  • Advanced knowledge in Copilot Promoting, Building of Agents, and ideally certain experiences in building data connectors, copilot extensions and sandboxes 
  • Proficiency]in MS Office (Excel advanced level, ), Power BI, MATLAB 
  • Preferably certain knowledge of the offshore wind business 
  • Strong command of English, both verbally and written 

Soft Skills 

  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • Curiosity for optimization and continuous improvement. 

Additional Information

More Information 

  • Start: as soon as possible
  • Working time: 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours during non-lecture periods 
  • Duration: Minimum 6 months  
  • Location: Hamburg
