Qualifications

Who are you?
You enjoy practical, hands-on work and being part of a team. You don’t need to have worked in wind before - if you have experience as a technician (electrical, mechanical, or similar), we’ll provide the training you need.

You always put safety first and follow safety procedures carefully to protect yourself and your team. We especially encourage women and people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply. If you’re unsure whether you meet all the requirements - apply anyway. We’re looking for potential, not perfection.

What do you need?

  • Experience in technical, electrical or mechanical work
  • A strong focus on safety and eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to work shifts and offshore (7days shift)
  • Good English skills (Dutch is a plus)
  • A valid driver’s license (commuting)

You live within 45 minutes of IJmuiden.
