Within Vattenfall’s Staff Function People & Culture, the unit People Services delivers services to all Business Areas and Staff Functions for payroll, HR administration, master data management, reporting/people analytics and offers support through both a self service portal and a contact center/service desk (HR Direct).  

HR Direct is the first point of entry for all HR processes through the HR portal and service desks.  

We are currently looking for HR Direct Advisor for our team in Poland.  
 
What will you do? 

You will deliver first line support to employees, managers and HR business partners. More specific activities will include for example performing of sample checks/controls on expense claims and English spoken support for the Learning and Performance Management process.
 
Your tasks and responsibilities: 

  • First-line HR service delivery & case handling;
  • HR administration & employee data processing including document preparation;
  • Data Quality checks incl. compliance & 4‑eyes controls;
  • Support in English language for example: Learning and Performance Management process and system instruction;
  • Working with and for different countries incl. Sweden, The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark etc;
  • Working with different HR systems, a.o. SAP and SuccessFactors;


Location  

Katowice office with an hybrid approach. Some travelling might be required for example for training purposes to service centers in the other countries and to connect with local HR colleagues.


Qualifications

Who are you? 

As our HR Direct Advisor you bring:

  • Knowledge of HR processes;
  • Experience in first level support/being first point of contact for employee and line managers;
  • Fluency in English language, both in spoken and written. Further languages like Swedish, Dutch, German or Danish are very welcomed;
  • Self-starting attitude;
  • Living our experience principles Open, Active, Positive, Safety.
