Join our two-year programme for a journey through the Dutch heat sector where you´ll get hands-on experience, training, and a guaranteed job after completion.
Every summer, several hundred students work at our facilities around Sweden. This is a temporary position of up to 40 hours per week during the summer months of June to August. We will be accepting applications again in January 2026.
Would you like to help shape the future of the electricity grid? In two semesters, you will combine practical work with targeted further training and gradually enter the role of grid planner - with permanent employment right from the start. Do you want to actively contribute to a fossil-free future as a design engineer? Then the Technology Academy is your next step! From autumn 2025, you can expect a 7-month training course with theory and practice - paid and with the prospect of a permanent position.
Starting in August, you will begin a paid programme with theory, practice and shift work that will prepare you specifically for your role as a process operator - with strong development opportunities in technology and management. Career changers with technical training are also welcome.
During the 160 summer hours spent in our Polish office, you will have the opportunity to see how developers work on a daily basis, as well as other people responsible for operating systems and managing complex IT infrastructure. We will be accepting applications again in April 2026.
Having started as a trainee, Rosalie is now an Operations & Maintenance Modelling Engineer and supports offshore wind farms in planning and operation by optimising operating concepts with the help of simulations and cost models.
