We’re growing and are looking for a Working Student to support our Learning & Development (L&D) team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

You’ll join the L&D Process & Execution team, working with colleagues based in Germany and Sweden. Our mission is to deliver high-quality trainings and enable continuous learning across the entire organization. To make this happen, we work closely with other Talent teams as well as internal customers.

This role offers hybrid work and very flexible working hours, making it easy to combine with your studies.

What you’ll do

You’ll mainly support our L&D Coordinators across the full learning lifecycle — from training preparation to follow-up activities.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of trainings
  • Pre-training activities:
    • Sending training materials and participant lists to trainers
    • Scheduling training rooms or virtual sessions
    • Managing waiting lists
  • Post-training activities:
    • Managing attendance and course completion
    • Uploading training certificates from external vendors
    • Maintaining training history
  • Managing training surveys: collecting results and sharing insights with suppliers and Learning Specialists
  • Preparing and translating learning-related communication and materials

Why this role is great for you

  • Hands-on experience in Learning & Development
  • Exposure to an international team and global processes
  • Flexible working hours that fit around your studies
  • Hybrid working model

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who likes to work with systems, ideally talent systems like SAP SuccessFactors but also Microsoft Office. You have no clue about Success Factors? No problem, we will show you how it works. To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong customer focus. It is also important that you pay attention to details and have a structured way of working.

You are fluently (C1/C2) in speaking and writing in English and in Swedish or German.

Additional Information

We offer a challenging and international work environment and the possibility to work with some of the best in the field. You will be working in interdisciplinary teams and you can always count on support from committed colleagues as ‘Ask and Share’ concept is essential for the way we work. We offer attractive employment conditions (smart working, flexible working hours and a good-work-life balance) and opportunities for personal and professional development.
