We are looking for a crafty, sales‑driven and self‑motivated Content Marketing Specialist who is genuinely excited about digital growth, online sales and effective digital marketing execution. In this role, you will operate and optimize Vattenfall’s digital marketing in Finland together with our external partner. You will also take hands‑on responsibility for marketing automation, digital sales campaigns, and content creation across our digital channels and website.

You will join our Online Growth Team, which focuses on acquiring new electricity customers through digital channels and continuously developing our digital sales funnel. Our work is driven by team goals and clearly defined KPIs. The team consists of digitally savvy sales professionals with broad skills in content, CRO, and channel development. In this role, you’ll have a front‑row seat to Vattenfall’s digital customer journey — with the customer at the core of everything we do.

To succeed, you should have previous experience running high‑quality digital marketing activities, combined with a sales‑oriented mindset and creativity in content creation. You enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

Previous experience in the energy sector is not required since we will provide full onboarding. Experience in the industry is considered an advantage.

This is a oneyear fixedterm position ending 30th of April 2027, with a desired start as soon as possible. The role is based in our Vallila, Helsinki office and follows a hybrid work model.
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, operate and optimize digital marketing activities across relevant channels
  • Create newsletters, customer journeys and prospect communication using our marketing automation platform
  • Ideate, plan and execute digital sales campaigns together with the team, possible partners and media agency
  • Build and update landing pages and pricing information using our CMS (Episerver/Optimizely), ensuring high‑quality and engaging content
  • Improve our online sales funnel in close collaboration with CRO specialists
  • Contribute to content creation and ensure consistent messaging across digital touchpoints
     

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, digital sales campaigns or online acquisition
  • Ability to create and publish high quality AI enhanced content through CMS, social media and marketing automation tools
  • A creative and hands‑on approach to digital content production
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to change
  • Strong prioritization and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Result‑ and data‑driven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency in Finnish and English
  • Ability to support ad‑hoc needs and operate under pressure when required
