We are now looking for an IT Specialist - Monitoring Operator in Gliwice. 

 

What will you do? 

  • Handle variety of requests/events related to incidents occurring in IT environment
  • Perform operations and health-checks that are based on well-documented procedures
  • Work with cutting-edge and well renowned monitoring tools
  • Provide assistance with generating various reports from infrastructure devices
  • Cooperation with first line of support (ServiceDesk) and third line of support  to ensure fast and effective issue/incident resolution.
  • Analyse and remotely resolve incidents
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams
  • Participate in projects
  • Follow the implemented processes (ITIL)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work and processes

Your profile


Your profile



You as an IT Specialist have a thorough understanding of IT related issues, but you are also able to troubleshoot issues together with client development, network, datacentre or application teams.



Next to this you bring:

  • Basic understanding of network, servers and application environments
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certified is a plus or experience in working with ITIL processes
  • Very good command of English
  • Pro-active behaviour, take initiatives to improve our daily work
  • Willingness to travel internationally 
  • Readiness for a shift work (including weekends/holidays)
