About the job
As an Electrical O&M Site Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of offshore operations and electrical site activities. Collaborating closely with contractors, site teams, and our Regional Support Team, you’ll drive safety, optimize revenue-based availability, and maintain cost efficiency.
In this role, you’ll be a technical authority under Vattenfall’s Safe Systems of Work for high and low-voltage systems, leading and coordinating electrical work activities with precision. You'll act as a role model, prioritizing safety, planning, and excellence in execution to support our strategic objectives.
What you'll do
- Coordinate Electrical Maintenance: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, projects, and internal stakeholders on all electrical activities on our windfarms DanTysk and Sandbank.
- Safety Leadership: Act as Authorising Engineer under Low Voltage Safe Systems of Work (WTSR) and Person in Control of Electrical Installation (PCEI) for high voltage systems (WESR).
- Optimize Resources: Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to maximize safety, revenue-based availability, and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with our VEFK, HV Control Center, and troubleshooters to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Documentation and Compliance: Oversee and review safety documentation (e.g., RAMS), ensure compliance with VDE, DGUV, and handle work orders through SAP.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between on-site teams, contractors, and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and seamless collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the scoping, development, and procurement of services while driving optimizations in electrical operations.

- Advanced electrical education, a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, with proven experience as an Elektrofachkraft (EFK) or a comparable role.
