Pre-employment screening is a process for verifying relevant applicant information. The entire process is carried out in compliance with national and international data protection regulations and requires the written consent of the applicant concerned. The verification of the information only takes place after the applicant has successfully completed all other steps of the application process. The scope of the check varies depending on the function. You are welcome to obtain further information from the provider Validata. The Recruitment department will also be happy to answer your questions.
As part of the pre-employment screening, only the applicant's own uploaded information is checked. The scope and content of the screening depends on the working area and the position. For example, educational qualifications can be checked or address verifications can be carried out.
First, the selection process takes place. If you have successfully completed all application steps, the recruiter will inform you that Validata will take over the pre-employment screening and contact you promptly. Only when you have returned the screening declaration form signed to Validata, the pre-employment screening begins.
