As a Senior Revenue Manager in our Offshore Wind Business Unit, you will play a key role in supporting strategic growth and maximising value from offshore wind assets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the commercial success of our offshore wind projects and generating assets. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team, you will take ownership of revenue strategies that support Vattenfall’s commitment to a fossil free future. You will bring structure and insight to every stage of the project lifecycle, from early concept through to operations.  
  
Your main responsibilities include:  

  • Leading the development and execution of revenue strategies for offshore wind projects and existing assets 
  • Structuring revenue solutions for offshore wind projects and assets such as CfDs analysis and consultations, power purchase agreements, ancillary services revenue streams 
  • Supporting transaction and partnering processes in structuring the revenue setup 
  • Working closely with senior management to anchor revenue solutions including preparations of management presentations and governance material 
  • Work closely with colleagues in other parts of Vattenfall such as Business Area Markets, Valuation, Legal, Finance, and Strategy as well as external partners to ensure alignment on key deliverables

We are looking for someone who is organised and driven by results. You communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring everyone is aligned even when working across disciplines or geographies. Your proactive approach means you anticipate challenges before they arise and use your project management skills to keep revenue initiatives on track. 


Qualifications

While this position is designed at Senior Manager level, we are also open to considering strong candidates with slightly less experience. In such cases, the role may be offered as Revenue Manager. 

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or other similar field of study required 
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experienced work in the power markets industry, ideally with an exposure on renewables 
  • Professional working proficiency level of English is required. Fluency in German, Swedish or Dutch would be positive 
  • Positive, active approach to business, and strong organizational and project management skills to support change 
  • Excellent commercial mindset and ability to translate corporate strategy into business plans 
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally 

The role can be based in Amsterdam (NL), Hamburg (Germany), Solna (Sweden) or London (UK)
