Our Asset IT organization delivers and supports critical IT solutions used across Vattenfall's asset-intensive business. To enable effective collaboration, successful project execution and well-coordinated management activities, we are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team.

Being an executive assistant in the Asset IT management team within Vattenfall IT, your main goal is to support the Asset IT organization by coordinating internal projects, driving structure in key activities and providing selected support to Senior Management. 

This is a unique job, since you will report directly to the Director Asset IT and support him and his MT in coordinating internal projects, management activities and department-wide initiatives across Asset IT. 
 
What will you do? 

Your tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Support the Director Asset IT and the Management Team in coordinating internal projects, management activities, follow-ups and department-wide initiatives. 

  • Support and drive quality in IT cost control for Asset IT 

  • Support and drive HR related initiatives for Asset IT 

  • PMO support to the EAM System governance 

  • Run various assignments within the IT delivery of Asset IT 

  • Plan, execute, follow-up, and deliver projects according to expectations 

  • Provide structured coordination and administrative support for selected Senior Management activities, including meetings, agendas, follow-ups and communication. 


Location  
Katowice (hybrid, with at least 6 days in the office per quarter)

Contract
This is a temporary job opportunity with an expected duration of approximately 18 to 24 months.


Qualifications

Your profile

  • A Bachelor or University degree 

  • Proven experience in coordination, organization of activities and supporting senior stakeholders or management teams. 

  • Fluent English language skills 

  • Flexibility to travel when needed, typically once every 6 weeks to one of our main locations Solna (SE) / Amsterdam (NL)
