Would you like to join us to shape the energy solutions of the future? We are now looking for a Product Manager responsible for our increasing Finnish B2B product portfolio covering electricity supply products, environmental products, and administrative services.


About the position 

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Finnish B2B products – from product materials and agreement texts up to invoicing and follow-up. Your work ensures that our offering is attractive, competitive and compliant. The portfolio consists of electricity products, environmental products and administrative services. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, IT, Operations, and other Nordic colleagues. In this role, you ensure that we deliver compliant and promised solutions to our customers and that the internal processes operate efficiently to support our products throughout their lifecycle. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve the Finnish B2B product portfolio, including electricity supply, administrative services, and environmental products
  • Ensure the accuracy and applicability of contract templates and product documentation
  • Drive product compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Secure seamless integration of products into operational processes
  • Support Business Sales with product expertise to ensure customer value and business performance
  • Act as a key stakeholder toward IT and digital development, ensuring systems effectively support the product lifecycle

Qualifications

You are analytical, structured, and able to independently take ownership of your work. You enjoy collaborating with others and have a strong ability to translate customer needs into concrete, scalable product solutions. You are solution-oriented and quickly up to speed with most issues that arise. You are a curious and quick learner, who has the ability to take initiative and take appropriate action independently.

Qualifications:

  • MS Engineering or other relevant university degree
  • Deep understanding of the energy market, and energy sales business
  • Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Work experience as a product manager and collaboration with sales organizations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the Nordic electricity market is highly valued
  • Comfortable working with product‑related data and data systems
  • Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage
