We are now looking for an experienced Document Manager to support our operating offshore wind sites in BA Wind.
Who we are and how we work
You will become part of our Document Management Department with 25 skilled and enthusiastic colleagues who all support ongoing offshore wind project and sites. We are a diverse department with colleagues located across Northern Europe, and we offer a great extent of freedom to plan and perform your work. You will work independently, but colleagues are always at hand when necessary, and we meet up regularly to share knowledge and offer support where needed.
As Document Controller for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) you will deliver support to one or more operating windfarms. Your daily tasks include managing permission set-up, implementing workflow solutions, helping with setting up metadata, views and libraries in SharePoint and moving documentation from SharePoint to SAP DMS. You will also act as Quality Control for incoming documentation, start workflows, and update status on documentation.
You will have the following key responsibilities
The location of this position Kolding, Amsterdam or Hamburg. Business trips will be required.
What we are looking for
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of experience within document controlling, preferably with experience in implementation of DMS into an engineering, construction or similar business.
