We ask our staff for their views on Diversity & Inclusion as part of Vattenfall’s regular employee engagement survey. The D&I segment includes questions with the aim to measure attitudes and overall levels of inclusion. The results show strong support for our approach with most employees believing Vattenfall is diverse and inclusive.
85% of Vattenfall's employees say they feel positive about D&I in their workplace.
The survey questions changed and this had an impact on the score.
With 84% the employee response score has returned to a positive trend.
